1. About JCI Business India

JCI Business India is an independent business networking directory initiated by JFM Pankaj Tayal, Zone Director Business 2026, for JCI members across India. This platform is not the official website of Junior Chamber International (JCI) India. JCI Business India is independently managed and operated.

2. Eligibility

To list a business on JCI Business India:

• You must be a verified active member of JCI India
• Your business must be a genuine, legally operating entity
• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must provide accurate and truthful information about your business

3. Listing Rules

By submitting a listing, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and up to date
• You own the rights to all images and content submitted
• You will not submit misleading, fraudulent, or offensive content
• You will not list businesses involved in illegal activities
• You grant JCI Business India permission to display your listing on the platform
• Your listing is subject to admin approval and may be rejected or removed

4. Content Responsibility

JCI Business India acts as a directory platform and is not responsible for the accuracy of business information, the quality of products or services, or any transactions between users. All interactions and transactions are between the respective businesses and their clients. JCI Business India does not endorse any specific business listed on the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on JCI Business India, including the platform design, logo, and text created by our team, is the intellectual property of JCI Business India. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. Business listings remain the property of the respective business owners.

6. Advertising & Sponsored Listings

Featured and premium listings are paid services. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Sponsored content will be clearly identified. JCI Business India reserves the right to modify advertising rates and packages at any time. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their promotional content.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on JCI Business India:

• Submitting false or misleading business information
• Posting spam, promotional content, or unsolicited messages
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform
• Scraping or bulk downloading of directory data
• Using the platform for illegal business activities
• Impersonating another JCI member or business

8. Limitation of Liability

JCI Business India shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on business listings, or any transactions with listed businesses. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

JCI Business India reserves the right to suspend or terminate any listing or user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if these terms are violated or if the content is deemed inappropriate or harmful.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
